Very rude property manager, impossible to reach maintenance

Pros:
- Renovated building
- Great neighborhood, convinient for grocery/food/trains
Cons:
- Property manager is very rude and aggro for no reason
- You may have 0 natural light in your unit
- Super/landlord are slow to respond to maintenence requests, takes months to get things resolved
- Utilities are very expensive, could be the insulation of the unit
