Very rude property manager, impossible to reach maintenance

- Renovated building - Great neighborhood, convinient for grocery/food/trains

Cons

- Property manager is very rude and aggro for no reason - You may have 0 natural light in your unit - Super/landlord are slow to respond to maintenence requests, takes months to get things resolved - Utilities are very expensive, could be the insulation of the unit

Clean, laundry in-unit, quiet, good location relative to subway and gym, respectful neighbors.

Cons

Walk-up, but you get used to it pretty quickly.
