Good with caveats
Former Tenant
Pros:
High ceilings and large windows Hardwood floor Marble countertops W/D in unit Closet lights and overhead lights Location
Cons:
No central air or thermostat (gets very hot in the winter) Narrow hallways No package room (package theft) Walk up Appliances are not full size No bathroom fan Floors are thin so can get noisy with neighbors (especially above and below) No enforcement of quiet hours No enforcement of pet behavior (barking and whining) Smells from other apts (food and smoke) travel
Advice to owner:
Better package management. Some people leave packages in narrow hallways for days. Enforce rules in lease (smoking (this building cannot be not smoke free but require ventilation….the smoke will make its way around), 80% rug coverage, quiet hours)
