Washer dryer in unit Nice landlord
Lots of bugs Apartment always felt dirty no matter how much we cleaned
Renovate the units properly and deep clean units before renting out
newly renovated, nice appliances, washer/dryer in unit, location
pests even on 4th floor (cockroaches and lanternflies), hallways not well-maintained or cleaned, neighbors are rude and dirty / leave trash in hallways, very small flex room and very expensive, warped floors, issues with drains and appliances, loud street (major construction right down the block wakes you up at 6:30am and they often stay later than is allowed by noise ordinances monday-saturdays), management/ super are somewhat responsive to initial requests but flaky, unhelpful, and rude. issues often do not get dealt with, and there is zero communication from the super / management about building-wide issues. water would randomly shut off with no communication, the lock to the front door of the building broke, and the innermost building front door has been broken for months and yes management was made aware of the issue and said it would be fixed the day they were contacted. maintenance guys are nice and helpful, but sometimes show up without any notice because of lack of communication from management/super. the whole building smells like trash and vomit. should be half the rent for the quality.
way overcharging for a building of this quality. if you want satisfied tenants, invest in better management.
