Laundry in building and though there aren’t that many, you rarely have to wait. Super is nice and fairly competent
The only elevator is constantly breaking down. And this is a 13 floor building (not 10) so you can imagine the inconvenience. Management is not the best at addressing complaints about neighbors. The recycle room is always overflowing
Get the elevator fixed already! Take care of your tenants!
