    Pretty good building
    Former Tenant
    Pros:
    Laundry in building and though there aren’t that many, you rarely have to wait. Super is nice and fairly competent
    Cons:
    The only elevator is constantly breaking down. And this is a 13 floor building (not 10) so you can imagine the inconvenience.
    Management is not the best at addressing complaints about neighbors. The recycle room is always overflowing
    Advice to owner:
    Get the elevator fixed already! Take care of your tenants!
