Really annoying about sounds and volume - voices carry. I can hear my neighbor blast music and go to the bathroom. Everyone resorts to just calling the cops even if it's just 9 or 10p and youre playing regular music.

Advice to the owners

Theyre selling the building so who knows what will happen next.
