Good location, elevator and laundry in building
Cons
Elevator has had multiple violations in the last year, breaking for up to a week at a time elderly and disabled residents having to use the stairs (up to the 5th -7th floors). New management just increased the price of a vacant 1 bedroom by 30% up to $3.4k-- for a building whose elevator breaks constantly, and incredibly thin walls. Walls are paper thin, you can hear eachother speaking on the phone. Laundry is old and dirty.
Advice to the owners
Replace the laundry or at least clean them properly & please make sure the elevator is safe and functioning.
Elevator and laundry never work

Relatively safe building.
Cons
Elevator out of service all the time, laundry machines don’t work properly. Eat your coins and never drain. 311 has been called multiple times.
