    A terrible experience from beginning to end

    Pros:
    Location was good
    Cons:
    Heater did not work in bedroom, reached out multiple times and did not get any resolution until a couple of weeks before I moved out For the first roughly 3 months, I had no hot water. It also always came out brown. Texted the super over and over again, even looped in his manager and didn’t hear anything. The hot water situation was eventually resolved and was working when I left but not the brown water. Super never came to pick up garbage for months. It got to a point where there was so much garbage in the basement, you couldn’t see the floor and it stunk. Disgusting. The management company never took responsibility for any of complaints and was EXTREMELY combative. The super was nonexistent, would always promise to fix issues with my apartment but seldom showed up.
    Advice to owner:
    I don’t even know where to begin. I can also almost guarantee this will fall on deaf ears anyway.
