Pros:
Location was great. They constantly had the lobby, stairs cleaned and well maintained.
Cons:
Mice, mice and mice. I killed maybe 7-8 mice before management stripped all appliances and sealed all holes.

Overall a decent experience

Pros:
Rooftop access is a godsend, neighbors mostly keep it to themselves, and packages rarely go missing.
Cons:
No super in the building so getting things fixed takes a couple of days
Construction on 82nd street makes the apartment noisy
Pre-school on 84th street sometimes makes mornings noisy
Some people have complained about rat infestation in the building but I personally never had that issue.

Heat is super loud, floors are thin - can hear every footstep, that alone is enough for me to not recommend
