Ok Building (5D)
Former Tenant
Pros:
My unit was recently updated before I moved in. Lots of closet space, little to no vermin, save the occasional roach, low rent, responsive management. Never raised our rent too much year over year and got a rent deduction during Covid
Cons:
So ridiculously hot in the winter, walls in the building are paper thin so you could hear every conversation, neighbors tend to be younger, terrible water pressure, and Super when I was there was super defensive and didn’t want to do anything,
