Pros

This is a no frills walk up but very well maintained, common areas always clean, trash always taken care of etc. Management very responsive. Lived here for 5 years with no issues.

No frills walk up. Video intercom stopped working our 4th year and management did not fix.

Great spot, shady management

Pros

Great area! Apartments are nice and generally decently kept. Super is pretty responsive. Rent payment is easy via an online portal. Pest control comes regularly, you just have to sign up for them to come to your unit specifically.

Cons

The unit directly next to me caught fire overnight after the tenant was evicted. I was out of town and management never gave notice on what happened even though it affected several units. They plaid it off like they were just renovating post-eviction. Had to find out from the ladies who run the laundromat downstairs. They ended up raising my rent $500 despite their neglectful communication.
