    Super is nice, Everything else is bad.
    Former Tenant
    Pros:
    The super is very responsive and kind.
    Cons:
    Management sucks- multiple packages stolen, cameras don't work in the lobby, dirty and broken and unfinished stairwell, a lot of construction. Blown out fuse boxes, multiple power and wifi outages, smoke detectors hanging off the wall, etc.
    Advice to owner:
    Get working cameras.
