Review summary

Summarized from anonymous rental reviews on Openigloo.

Tenant reviews for MARTIN SCHARF's buildings reflect a mix of management strengths and challenges. Many appreciate responsive, friendly live-in supers and attentive doormen, which contribute positively to tenant experiences. Cleanliness and garbage management are generally adequate, but some buildings suffer from pest issues, particularly rodents and occasional roaches, with management sometimes slow or ineffective in addressing them. Heating is inconsistent in select locations, and maintenance responsiveness varies, with some tenants noting delayed repairs and surface-level fixes rather than long-term solutions. While many recommend living in these buildings, several express concern over noise, infrastructure upkeep, and rent increases, indicating room for improvement in proactive management.
