very good location and staff

Pros:
The location can't be beat within walking distance to all. The staff was very friendly and for the most part attentive to all.
Cons:
I suppose like every building in NY, some of the tenant's are bit nutty. They all seem harmless but loud sometimes.
Advice to owner:
The heat was good for the most part but on certain days inconsistent.
