Not worth the convenience
Pros
Right across the street from the Q, which is so convenient. Located in a quiet part of the UES but still close to great restaurants, bars, and museums.
Cons
You would think with the landlord owning a hardware store, he’d be good at building upkeep. NOPE, he uses incredibly cheap materials that quickly deteriorate. He’s also terrible at communication. On top of all of that, this building has such high turnover and at least one tenant moves out every month (not great noise-wise with the super thin walls).
Advice to the owners
Maybe focus on one business because you’re clearly bad at both.
