Overpriced for what it is

Pros:
At surface level it appears nice — gorgeous red brick walls, new appliances. But there are pest control issues at all levels of this building that have yet to be properly addressed.
Cons:
Super incredibly unresponsive, sends contractors who don’t know what’s going on/are not properly briefed on what they’re there to fix. Management not present at all. Takes MONTHS to get even the most basic issues fixed.
