Renters approve of the building's owners
Price, location. The street was the best part. In the morning they close the street to cars so it’s just the sound of happy kids heading to school and you can walk down the street safely.
This place was a mess. They owners may own the building there now. They rented 4 units for 1 year. The guys upstairs had cockroaches. The basement people were illegal Airbnb. We slipped the checks under a random door in midtown.
