Roach problem and constant rat noises
Pros
Neighbors are all friendly Family-focused building Beautiful neighborhood Great window Personable management
Cons
Constant rat noises Cockroach issue (mostly done now, hopefully) The outside noise is too much Appliance issues, dated building and not well-kept
Advice to the owners
Take care of the rats outside. There are still holes in the building outside which leads to rat noises being heard throughout the night down at the ground level

Friendly apartment in good neighboorhood
Pros
Close to Fairway, super was friendly and responsive, building was well maintained
Cons
You could hear the everyone walking up and down the stairs, the apartment was not properly sprayed for pests prior to move in.
