Pros

No pros. Do yourself a favor and find somewhere else to live.

Cons

If the issue that you're having as a tenant will cost them money or require them to do work, they will not do anything. Management, Super, landlord, all the way down to the receptionist are insanely rude and unresponsive. They treat you less than and don't care about you or your housing condition or your wellbeing; the epitome of slumlords.
