Amazing building, lived there twice

Great apartment and employees

Pros:
The building is very nice, not too big, and not too small. The doormen are all great, they will get to know you and help you if you need it. The apartments are nice and well maintained also. We faced south, so we had a nice view of the courtyard and it was always sunny and very quiet.
Cons:
We had a couple issues with water leaks in the building. The management were great for the first couple years that we lived there, but then management changed or something and they became much less willing to work with you. I know the market is hot right now, but they raised our rent a lot.
Advice to owner:
Work with long term tenants and don’t lose them to the new building going up nearby.
