    old construction and not maintained crap super

    Pros:
    decent block
    good neighborhood
    Cons:
    poor construction leaves to no peace
    no super/management presence at all
    inconsiderate neighbors
    nosy block
    Advice to owner:
    get a super who does his job and be reactive
    stay on top of your building, could be great
