I liked this building

Pros

Fabulous location, nice natural light if you are street facing. Beautiful floors.

Cons

The appliances are old, the bathroom was dirty and hard to clean, and the management is not super responsive. But nothing that was a waving red flag -- like that bathroom is grimy, but not so much so that it's disgusting

Advice to the owners

I think you should be more responsive to resident needs and questions and complaints
