Maintenance was prompt. Building is on a nice tree-lined street.
Cons:
- Often tenants just throw trash in the hallways expecting someone else to pick up after them - Street is extremely noisy - Apartment showings are DAILY when you move out with no regard for your schedule - During winter, unit got extremely cold. The radiators were not enough
