Solid Pre-War Building

Nice apartments, friendly neighbors, and clean building.
Cons:
Older walk up so some caked on paint and intense stairs

Good location, my unit was rent stablized, decent price
Cons:
Management did not ever answer / fix things - the super/management would show up unannounced at 8/9pm multiple times, he is so rude and passive aggressive.
