Fine building- management poorly handles maintenance

I had constant leaks in my apartment from day one of moving in, and lived here over 2 years and it was never fixed. To the point where my entire bathroom flooded and I was left with no answer from the super all weekend. Poorly handled, they clearly were too cheap to fix the root of the problem.

Take maintenance requests more seriously.

Great building to live in

Pros

Responsive building management, washing machines in unit, great neighborhood where I always felt safe and comfortable, farmers market on the block every Saturday

Thin walls leads to being able to hear neighbors loud music or loud guests
