    Quiet, decent people, air conditioned entry,
    Cons:
    Some neighbors can be loud at random times. Or complain too much (you are in a city). Wish I had laundry or basement laundry.

    -Easy management
    -Responsive super
    -Great AC units
    Cons:
    -No elevator
    -Bike thief in area that uses grinder so be careful
    -Floors aren’t as soundproof as you think
    Advice to owner:
    Make your garbage management a bit more clear, as well as your move in process as it is confusing and unnecessary.
