The elevators are down A LOT. There are also very unreliable- i was stuck in all of them many times. Its scary and uncomfortable for a building with so many units.

When I lived there it was a daily occurrence and made entering and leaving the building time consuming and stressful. I would say you should avoid this building unless you are comfortable relying on the stairs all the time — sometimes there were no working elevators at all.

One goes down on average about 1-2 days per month, sometimes for shorter times. This creates a massive backlog at peak times. Whether it is a deal breaker depends on you. Would it bother you having to wait a long time for an elevator or riding to the top of the building to stop on every floor on the way down? If you work from home and don't have a dog that needs to go out to pee in the morning or a kid that needs to go to school, then it may not be an issue.
