    Pros:
    Lived here pre-COVID - was nicely redone and handyman was kind.
    Cons:
    Lived here pre-COVID - they had said we would have laundry access, then it took them six months to set up laundry after we moved in. Then constant issues with it so often had to go to laundromat. 4R was very very small for a 3BR but we made it work. The renovations were very surface level. My bedroom closet had a hot pole in it so I could barely put anything in it without a potential fire hazard.

    Don't overpromise amenities

    The inside of the apartment is modern.

    My bathroom ceiling is breaking and I get no response from maintenance or super to come fix it.
