Very responsive management, quiet building with minimal tenants. Common areas are kept pretty clean!

Pros:
Relatively well maintained for an older building. My unit was renovated and building safety is a priority.
Cons:
The management was not communicative or responsive enough. I had a 2-year battle with water-hammering coming from the wall I shared with my neighbors but there was no resolution or any kind of communication from the landlord. I had to endure being randomly woken up at 6am for 2 years. I had access to the outdoor area but my doorstep is constantly littered with bird poop. I brought this up to the management and one of the guys actually took a photo to send to the super but the issue never got fixed. The super’s response is also hit or miss. I had to follow up on a lot of issues including a leaking ceiling. I would not recommend and especially not with the price increase and how far it is from the closest subway.
Advice to owner:
Communicate with your tenants

Pros:
The neighborhood and neighbors are great. If there's an issue in the building, someone always calls it in right away and it's fixed. One issue with the door led to a whole new buzzer system being installed. The super is responsive and his team is helpful. Exterminator comes once a month and is friendly and good at what he does.
Cons:
The building is old and the units are small. I've had roaches, and my neighbor has had mice. It's to be expected. A little pricey for the size and quality of the units.
