Okay but not responsive

Pros

Laundry in building (but coin operated), quiet neighborhood, neighbors are nice.

Cons

Walls are thin (can hear maintenance yell/singing and neighbors having conversations in the hall), inadequate heating, loud radiator, management and super not responsive, does not schedule or give accurate time for repairs.

Advice to the owners

Be more responsive, coordinate better with the Super.
