Not worth the $$$

Pros

Close to Central Park. Good size bathroom, kitchen, and good size closet space.

Cons

Lots of shootings and gang activity in neighborhood. Owner is a shark, only interested in profit. No sun exposure and paper thin walls. Windows are old and do not close completely so lets in hot and cold air. Property owner will steal your deposit. They are crooks, making up lies to keep your security deposit.

Advice to the owners

Get new windows and closet doors. Care less about $$$$ and focus more on kindness.
