Spacious studio but awful traffic noise

Pros

Spacious, big closets, Evan the super is a nice guy

Cons

Water pressure not the best, the buses would screech so loudly going up the hill and traffic noise was just amplified by that hill it was extremely irritating and stressful

Advice to the owners

Could clean the stairwell slightly more often. Need to update the grout and better water pressure
