Management is pretty responsive on issues. Neighbors are friendly, building is fairly safe and clean.
There were some issues like leaks, mice, some faulty electrical outlets. But management did help fix every issue in a timely manner.
location is nice--close to a nice part of east harlem and the park
management difficult to get in contact with garbage area disgusting
