Cozy safe building

Pros

Neighbors was pretty nice. Back courtyard access is nice. Garbage situation usually good. Pretty quiet. Good location. Super is nice.

Cons

Loud back door to courtyard slams shut. Boiler issues in winter.

Advice to the owners

Repaint entrance area and hall.

Management is trash

Pros

Apartment is close to Central Park, has upgrades and is nice. Washing machine in unit!

Cons

Management does not respond to anything. The buildings buzzer has not worked for over a year, there is a tree in the back yard that’s been down since the last hurricane six months later. I have never been able to contact management about billing/ rent issues, door buzzer, bathroom grout repairs or the literal hole in my ceiling.

Respond and fix your building. It’s falling apart.
