Not Bad for a NY Apt

Pros:
The super is great
The rent price is great
Cons:
The landlord is unresponsive
The roof needs to be replaced so there are leaks
Advice to owner:
I suggest you keep the super close. He’s great!

Nice amenities, awful location and noise levels

Great layout, great people, great amenities.
Cons:
Awful management, pipes freeze in winter, poor pest control at times, very little sunlight outside of bedrooms. Most important: WALLS ARE THIN AS PAPER
Advice to owner:
Noise proof the apartment.
