The layout was nice and the price was okay for Manhattan but not a steal by any means
Cons:
Worst management company ever. Infested with bed bugs, roaches, mice, fleas, bad tenants and constant maintenance issues. Horrific place to live
Advice to owner:
Quit your job and do anything else you slum lord

Pros:
My unit was nicely furnished with up to date appliances. High ceilings. Washer and dryer in unit.
Cons:
People always crowding the front of the steps of the building, Pretty small rooms and living room. Maintence not properly kept up in the building. A lot of roaches always in the bathroom and sink. Also leaking comes from the ceiling, the super hasn’t done anything after telling him.
Advice to owner:
Check in with tenants to make sure everything is going well.
