Terrible all around
Former Tenant
Pros:
New applicances when moved in.
Cons:
The call/buzzer box at the front of the building doesn’t work. Good luck getting packages at all. Garbage area in the back is horrid. Rats everywhere and the trash smell stinks up to the top floors if your window faces it. Management is TERRIBLE. a lot of renters here request maintenance and don’t get an answer for weeks. Especially Mr. Rivera. Do your damn job.
Advice to owner:
Listen to your renters. We pay too much damn money to deal with this.
