Great Apartment !

Pros

Beautiful living space Equally large bedrooms Dishwasher and washer/dryer Large kitchen with updated appliances Landlord has been very understanding with us

Cons

Trash can be tough since there’s only a couple of bins for the whole building Can sometimes take a couple tries to get the super out for maintenance

Quiet Building. Updated appliances. Self Controlled Heat/AC.

Cons

Garbage wasn’t taken out enough. However, I believe that situation has been resolved since I moved out.
