Pros

Inexpensive for amenities provided. Close to subway. Quiet. Thick walls.

Cons

Messy elevator. Elevator very slow and often broken. Sometimes slow response times from management.

I was happy

Pros

No bugs or mice or anything. I was warm more often than cold.

Cons

Mail just piled up all over the front hallway, I think all from people who had moved out. The front door is pretty annoying too.

The front door buzzer is super loud if you're in any of the front rooms with your windows open
