Lenox Terrace-Building 40
Former Tenant
Pros:
Location is perfect. You can’t beat it. The apartments are a very good size. The bedrooms are some of the largest you’ll get in the city for the price. Most of the doorman are very cordial and are top notch at their job.
Cons:
Maintenance-The team sucks. They don’t respond. When they do respond, they don’t follow through. Some don’t even know how to fix things that are broken. They need a complete revamp of that team.
