Pros

Utilities are included and close to shopping/transportation. There also is a hardworking tenant’s association. Upgraded finishes are nice.

Cons

Landlord is not responsive to reported needs. Recently changed their customer support and it’s worse than before.

Is this building infested with beg bugs?

It was when we lived there from 2015 - 2019 and I imagine things haven't changed much since. Luckily, our apartment at the time we were there was spared but we were friends with several of our neighbors who were infested by bed bugs multiple times! The apartment below us 4x in a year!

i was living there 2016-2020. They had bed bug inspectors yearly. 2018 i had them and it was a horrible ordeal. Hot washing clothes, bed padding, they add these odorless fume items to rooms, etc. Tbh one of the worse experiences but there’s always horror stories with anywhere you live in NYC.
