Use to Love it

Pros:
it's a nice building in a developing neighbourhood with many commodity around
Cons:
the management don't care at all... from October 1(2021) we had to live without gas for 3month, and they didn't give us option...(electric stove, rent discount nothing) and up to now (march 5) we are being without Heat for the pass 11 days
Advice to owner:
change management.. and take care a bit more of the building because it's start to falling a part
