Gorgeous hardwood floors, great location, very nice brick walls
Heat didn’t work and the landlord was completely unmotivated to do anything about it. Ended up moving out in the dead of winter when I couldn’t take it anymore, landlord refused to return my security deposit and said I was the only one complaining about the lack of heat in freezing winter temperatures

lack of security, door had like 2 inch gap under it so noise was always coming in. Thin walls, unfriendly neighbors. Also didnt get my security deposit back because I ended a lease early, despite finding another renter
