Neglectful Management with HORRIBLE Maintenance and Service

Pros:
1) location, 2) location, 3) location
Cons:
• Building is old and dirty.
• Heat and hot water in winter are terrible!
• They lie A LOT and give you the runaround.
• Repairs take forever.
• They cut corners on everything.
• Problems last for years.
Advice to owner:
cheapskate of a millionaire
