New appliances, usually clean, spacious. There’s a restaurant on the first floor and sound did not really travel up from them.
Had a mouse issue but exterminator came and I didn’t see any since. There was small roaches in the kitchen area. There is a nightclub across the street that gets very loud even during the week.
