Summarized from anonymous rental reviews on openigloo.
Recent tenant reviews for 15 WEST 100 STREET in Manhattan highlight both positive and negative aspects. Proximity to Central Park and convenience to nearby shops are praised. However, recurring issues with pests, particularly roaches, and rodent problems outside the building are a concern. Noisy and obnoxious neighbors, especially in 2W, have been reported. Responsive management is appreciated, but suggestions include improving garbage management and addressing problematic neighbors to enhance overall living experience. Despite these challenges, the building's prime location remains a significant draw for residents seeking convenience in the neighborhood.

Nightmare Cockroach Situation
Former Tenant
Pros:
The building is in a good location and that’s about the only positive thing I have to say about it
Cons:
This was the worst apartment I have ever lived in. It was the most cockroach infested place you could ever imagine. Dozens a day in the kitchen, bathroom, bedrooms, cabinets, sinks. Anywhere you could see, a roach had been there. It had even gotten to the point where they were in my bed. I had to beg management to send exterminators, who did a measly spray. So I had to beg management again to send more exterminators who actually did something. They sent them twice a week for a few weeks, and the roach situations barely changed. I had to move out after 2 months

Loved it here
Former Tenant
Pros:
Lived here for three years and was very happy. Only moved because we needed extra space going forward. Awesome management.
Cons:
Rats outside the building and in the trash bins are out of control. Neighbors in 2W obnoxious, bang on ceiling with brooms if you walk around late at night and come to your door to ask you to stop walking around. Very odd.
Advice to owner:
