More roaches than your average building

Pros:
Inexpensive rent and nice location
Cons:
Roaches are common. Pest control just seems to reduce their numbers a little but was never able to really solve the problem. Also the walls are extremely thin so you can hear your neighbors rather clearly
Advice to owner:
Sort out the roaches. Maybe just discontinue use of the garbage chute? There always seemed to be roaches coming out of it.
