Good building with great super, some past pest issues

Pros:
The super, Jose is amazing and very responsive, and the apartments are comfy and have washer dryer in unit
Cons:
We had mouse and water bug issues for a while, and the neighbors can be very noisy
Advice to owner:
Improve extermination
