management company is EXTREMELY, unresponsive regular mice heat works ok, but the bill gets super high in winter courtyard noise gets extremely loud and echoey if you are in a back facing apartment definitely overpriced for what you get

Trash management isn’t consistent, buts it’s never been too bad. The utilities were very expensive, I believe due to bad window insulation (there are a lot of windows, nice for sun)
