Awful building management

Cockroaches, you pay for all utilities including heat and hot water, Boiler in apartment washer dryers in apartment never work or keep breaking and you have to pay out of pocket to get it fixed.

Buggy and SO Many Stolen Packages

Pros

Units are renovated with Dishwasher and in-unit washer/dryer combo! Also functional elevator which is great!

Cons

Over the course of living here for a year on the 4th floor, we have had a water bug/roach presence for 7 months and several mouse instances over the last 3 months. The super is on top of scheduling exterminators and people to fix issues, but they keep coming back, so it is definitely a building issue. I have also personally had over $500 worth of packages stolen from the lobby and right outside of our apartment door. The building is monitored with cameras, but they do not allow tenants to view the footage unless it is through the Police. It is a persistent issue, so I believe a tenant is behind the theft.
