    The building itself is nice but poor management

    Pros:
    Nice view from the window, really friendly neighbors and very convenient neighborhood
    Cons:
    Poor management team, had mice in apartment but they don’t do a lot. Elevator has broke four times in the past two years. Not super responsive.

    Great complex on the UWS!

    Great location near subways, spacious apartments. Very responsive building staff.

    Yearly rent hikes are far too high
